What is an account number and where is it located on my bill?
An account number is the unique way we identify you as a Telstra customer. Your account number is located on the front page of your bill in the top right corner.
Please note: If you have a BigPond account number that starts with BP (eg. BP12345678), you will be unable to make online payments to this account via the telstra.com website. You can still pay your bill using BPAY, credit card by phone, cheque or money order. Please refer to your bill for more details.
If your Telstra bill looks like this, your account number will have 13 digits.
